As an avid bathroom singer you want to get out of the bathroom and exercise your vocal chords. Well the karaoke system makes for just that. You can sing your song in the confines of your home. No one to poke fun at you and you can feel like a star.

Now that you have made up your mind to purchase a Karaoke System, begin to see what best fits your budget and that is technically advanced. Once you have brought your system home, think of a place you are going to keep it. Avoid a corner or an area that has too many hard surfaces as the sound echoes and cause more of cacophony than music.

If you want to know how to use a Karaoke system, well it's quite simple. You will need basic tools like a screwdriver, tester and some nails to fit the system on your stand or table. Open the box of the system and run through the manual. Then plug in all the wires in the desired extensions. A Karaoke DVD will appear on your monitor.

Adjust the volume with the main volume control of the video and the microphone. Adjust the video screen to the microphone stand and start a sample song. Allow your kids to have the first sample song. So they too feel involved in the new setup.

Although Karaoke is world famous it has its roots in Japan. Daisuke Inoue was a Japanese musician who invented the system. After gaining much deserved popularity it travelled to Southeast Asia in the 80s and then to the world.

Once you set-up the karaoke get friends and family over to have a ball of a time. It is a simple way to bond with your kids too. Time off at home could be a song at the Karaoke. Or give points to the one who finished homework faster so he or she gets the first song at the Karaoke.

You could even make money out of it by setting up a Karaoke in a room you do not use. Set it up carefully reading the manual or call the company which will set it up for you. Rent it out to people who would love to use it for a few hours. This set up works because as against a restaurant where there is perennial noise, here the room is quite and for their use only.

Karaoke system is a good way to record songs, download movie songs and dance to the beat of any recorded songs. You can download and listen to all classes of songs like Hindi songs, Punjabi songs, Tamil songs, English songs and Korean songs.

With computer technology advancing so rapidly and the popularity of movie watching showing no signs of abating, more and more people are choosing to buy programs where you can download movies for free. One of the most popular movies that everyone is talking about at the moment is Juno. There are loads of people searching the net looking to find a good reliable program where they can watch this movie for free including many other new releases. Frankly, I don't blame them, it's a fantastic movie!

Do such programs exist though and are they really free? This article explores briefly the existence of such a program and tells you a few things you need to know before downloading Juno and other current new releases.

Firstly, I would be wary of any websites that declare that downloading a movie is free. Many of them are susceptible to viruses and are riddled with advertising popups. The reason for this is because a lot of the services use what is called "peer to peer networks" and despite the fancy name it just means that anybody can upload files to share across the internet!

Does that seem safe to you? Don't worry though there are sites out there that do allow for the downloading of current releases like Juno, but they are not likely to be free. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for and if you're paying nothing that's what you're going to get - well not entirely nothing - you may get a virus or two.

The great news though is that the cost is extraordinarily cheap considering what you're going to get. The best site that I could locate was the Unlimited Download Center and it promotes itself as the Number 1 downloading site on the net, and it may very well be that. For the one off cost of around only 1 DVD you will get access to Juno and most other new releases, unlimited older movies, TV programs, Music, and more - in fact they boast a staggering 60 millions files on their database. For a safe reliable site I think that is extraordinary value for money.

I hope this article has helped you a little in your quest for finding a good, cheap reliable downloading site.

I have provided a link below to a great Juno site that I stumbled on. Tells you heaps of info on Juno and also provides a link to the Unlimited Download Center - highly recommended!
Happy viewing.

If you want a highly recommended movie downloading site that contains all you need to know about Juno and how to download it and other current movies, music, games, TV shows and more then click here now to find out more.

Customer Review: Gaby Spanic Rocks!
When I seen this novela I was so glued to the TV I couldn't wait to see it everyday and sat-sun were the worse! I am so very happy they release such a classic on DVD. Granted, it may be edited and short but I think the reason why they did that was because they figured people who are buying it already know what happens. In my case, I wouldn't need the complete novela because I already saw it and I just wouldn't have the time. So this being edited has it's advantages for those who already saw it and loved it. After this novela, Gaby Spanic became one of my favorite spanish actresses! She did such a wonderful job and how brutal she was portraying the mean sister! I highly suggest you invest in this novela!
Customer Review: A Fantastic Story!!
A nice edited telenovela..you guys should buy this..even though there's no subtitile..but you can easily understand the whole story..you guys should buy this DVD!!

Guitar chords, (chords played specifically on a guitar,) differ only from other types of chords by virtue of instrument; they're simply a series of three or more notes played together. These notes don't necessarily have to be played simultaneously, however.

Broken chords (also referred to as arpeggios) are three or more notes that aren't played at the same time but closely enough to still be heard as a group or whole. And even the three-note rule is open to the occasional exception; some guitar chords consist of only two notes, but they still function as chords because they work diatonically in the same way that a major or minor chord would.

Guitar chords might very well be the most important element of guitar playing; after all, they're the basis of what makes a song. Most people picking up a guitar for the first time figure out a few guitar chords before even going for their first lesson, and still more teach themselves guitar chords without any help from an instructor. Self-taught guitarists learn guitar chords in a number of ways. Some learn by listening to their favorite songs and slowly picking out the notes, a common yet often frustrating process. Others figure out guitar chords by learning to read guitar tab, a type of sheet music intended for fretted instruments that uses a graph-like chart to show where on the frets the fingers are placed. Both techniques are common among those learning guitar chords, though the number of self-taught guitarists who never learned to read tab is fairly high.

Just like any other instrument, the sheer number of possible guitar chords can often be overwhelming for a new guitarist. And even the frequently taught guitar chords are beginning to fall by the wayside, making room for a variety of guitar chords created by tuning the strings in almost innumerous ways. Though power chords (guitar chords using a base note, an octave note and the fifth) are still the most common type of guitar chords, new bands are increasingly experimenting with alternate tunings to create new sounds; alternative bands have been toying with this way of playing interesting guitar chords for decades.

So how many chords does a guitarist really need to know?

Most simple songs contain just 3 chords called primary chords. So even a stark beginner can learn 3 simple chords well enough to strum along and accompany himself as he sings. But after that, the sky is the limit there are thousands of possible chords, so it is up to the individual guitarist as to how many he or she want to master.

Love, Actually

Customer Review: This is a crappy movie for jerks
Okay, so I bought this movie for my wife for Christmas. I might as well have punched her in the face instead. As stated above, there was no Coldplay music in the "film" and almost no VIDEO of the band either. They just found random people who (claimed) they knew the band members back in the day and they all told meaningless, mundane facts. Sample: Chris Martin is the singer for Coldplay. He also plays the piano. Let's hear what his school chum has to say... "Chris was a normal lad in school. He played the piano in school and was popular. " Isn't that fascinating? If you're ready for an hour of this exact sort of insight, overlaid frequently by early nineties-style editing (think middle school health class video) and extremely lame, pseudo-Coldplay music, then you, my friend, are in for a treat. The "producers" of this "film" owe Coldplay an apology. And, more importantly, owe me twenty bucks. Actually, make it thirty, just to make up for me actually having to watch it. If there was a way to give zero stars- or better, negative stars- I would.
Customer Review: Please do not waste your money
I was completely disappointed in this DVD. First of all it is an un-authorized DVD so there is no Coldplay music at all in the video. You will see mostly still photos of the band and it is 99 percent chat with "friends" of the band. Absolute waste of money. Misrepresented garbage.

Listening to upbeat vibrate music during an exercise workout is an excellent method for completing a set. Music downloaded to a MP3 player directs your thoughts and actions while in a gym or jogging outside. Your brain and body react to the tempo, the genre and the volume of music to the ears.

A group of discouraged workout clients were recently polled asking why they feel burned out trying to get back in shape. The most common answers received were boredom and lack of concentration to stay the course.

In the quest to provide the best environment for guests, the health club industry has invested heavily in flat screen TVs and wireless audio transmitters. What they failed to test was the medium. TV is still TV. Whether on a big screen or small screen, the shows have not changed. In fact, if you want a serious down mood, watch the local noon news. That will not get you pumped up to push harder!

In fact, my gym invested in a new wireless transmitter system for the six new flat screens. Guess what? I have never seen anyone actually hookup their headphones to the fitness equipment. Why? It is still TV.

If you choose not to listen to the daily tube antics, you soon find yourself spacing out. You can chat to your neighbor, or hum a song in your head. After awhile, you start to feel the pain of your arms or legs or both. Then you notice the sweat dripping constantly down your back.

You start to think about your body type. You may look around and ponder the bodies that are rock solid and fit. The self conscious voices may start to talk about your "looks". The result of this inner conflict is a slowing in intensity of the exercise. When will this be over? Maybe I will push the "cool down" button on the bike. No one will notice but me.

The secret, my friend, to a vigorous cardio workout that stays the course is positive, lively music. Think about the last time you were singing in the car, clapping your hands and swaying back and forth to a tune. Yes, we all do it hoping not to be seen! Your mental mood is much happier.

The invention of the small MP3 player has transformed the music industry. Now, a computer, the internet and the MP3 player create an on-demand library of virtually any type of music. Music from around the world is easily downloaded and stored.

I have a love for contemporary Christian music. The more drums and trumpets a song has the better. I will get online at night and within a few minutes download music of my choice, my genre, and my tempo for my workout.

After starting out with slower music to clear my mind of the day's events, I step it up to rock the elliptical machine! You will find yourself wanting to sing out loud because this is your favorite music.

What happens next is the miracle. You glance down at the computerized display on the cardio equipment. You are already one half of the way through your workout. This is the best time to ADD more minutes to the clock.

You also have not heard any moaning from your body. You hear no inner voices wanting you to stop. Your mood is incredibly positive. Some songs will actually have the same beat as the pedals on your feet. This is fantastic when it works. You are in the zone now.

After 10 songs are over, you have pedaled right through the cool down cycle and the clock has stopped counting. What a rush that creates. Will you contain yourself and not dance down the hall to the showers?

More than likely, you are reading this article on a computer. Download music from the many sites available for nominal cost. Our website's Blog has numerous links to great music download sites.

In conclusion, skip the TV. You owe that to yourself. Do not allow the boredom and lack of concentration to derail your workout. Power up the MP3, load some great songs with fast beats. Mix up the music tempo if you are moving from one set of equipment to another. It is now OK to sing back to the showers!

Nueva York!

Children's favorite Dan Zanes follows his 2007 Grammy Award winning CD Catch That Train with a collaboration with Latino musician friends from New York. These family songs, all sung in Spanish, represent various styles including son jarocho, cumbia, aguinaldo, bailecito, nueva canción and merengue. Featured guests include: Lila Downs, Daphne Rubin-Vega, The Villa-Lobos brothers, Marc Ribot and Afro-Colombian roots ensemble La Cumbiamba Eneyé.
Customer Review: Fanaticos thinks it's fantastico!!
My son is a Dan Zanes groupie (he's been to six of his shows). He's been listening him since before his second birthday and has been looking foward to new music for quite some time. My son is half Cuban, so hearing DZ sing in Spanish is very significant for him. It's a welcome addition to our Dan Zanes and Friends collection. In short, this cd is like a big party for my three and a half year old, yet sophisticated and cool enough for his parents!!! ViVa Dan and Friends!!
Customer Review: More great music for EVERYONE (this time in Spanish)!
Dan Zanes and Friends latest release features all that you love about the band: wild, energetic collaborations and quieter songs with tremendous raw beauty. Esta vez, todas las canciones están en español! They've come a long way since "Malti." This collection of favorites from several Latin American countries is, as Dan says in his concerts, his pro-immigration CD. Thanks, Dan, for giving our kids a great time while provoking interest in Hispanic culture and vital social issues. Our faves: El Pescador, Son Borinqueno, Colas, Verde Luz, El Pijul,El Canario, Cuida El Agua, & Mi Luna. Yikes, that's a lot of favorites! If Pollito Chicken doesn't get you moving, see a doctor!

If you're browsing the internet in search of a satellite radio service for the US and Canada, then you need only check two websites: Sirius and XMRadio. These two giants are your only options and yet you'll notice striking similarities between the two websites' design, the product pricing and the programmer's stations.

Rumors have been flying around that Sirius and XM will form a ground-breaking merger this year, uniting all 14+ million customers under one banner. However, as of right now, you'll need to know what makes each slightly unique.

Country Music Fans may favor the XM Radio satellite service, which provides listeners with two extra stations - one focusing on Americana Country like Robert Plant or Blackfoot, and the other focusing on Folk Country like Tim Garrison and The Nitty Gritty Band. Both stations have country music from the 80s and 90s, new country, bluegrass and classic country.

Christian Music Fans may favor XM one. This service includes one more Christian music channel than Sirius - in addition to Christian Pop / Rock and Gospel, XM also hosts a Southern Gospel channel with Gold City, Greater Vision and The McKarneys.

Electronic Music Fans will prefer the Sirius service if they'd like a Breakbeat/Old SKool station, in addition to the usual Trance/Progressive stations that both satellite radio services provide. XM has exclusive rights to acclaimed BPM, but Sirius has a special Dance Hits station.

Rock Music Fans will probably prefer Sirius. While XM provides four different "alternative radio" stations, a punk station, a heavy metal station, a jam bands station, a college indie station and three classic rock stations, Sirius gives subscribers roughly 23 stations with everything that XM's service has -- plus New Wave, Glam Metal, Jimmy Buffet, Grateful Dead, Elvis, Canadian rock, UK rock, Garage, 60s Rock, 70s Rock and an additional punk/ska station.

World Music Fans will find that both service providers offering two French stations, but Spanish-speaking subscribers will find XM the better option, since they offer Rock En Espanol, Regional Mexican, Latin Pop, Latin Jazz, Hispanic Rhythmic and Spanish AC. Sirius, on the other hand, has only one Spanish music station for Latin Pop. Additionally, XM has a station for African and a business station in Italian.

Rap and Hip Hop Fans may prefer XM because their service focuses on more Soul and Funk, along with uncensored Hip Hop and Urban Contemporary -- unless they're big Slim Shady fans, in which case they may need Sirius Radio's Eminem station.

In some ways, XM Radio caters to the aging population with Good Morning America, Casey Casem's Top 40 Countdown, Theme Time with Bob Dylan and Wolfman Jack. On the other hand, Sirius Radio goes after the 20-somethings crowd with Bam Marguera, Howard Stern, Jamie Foxx and Tony Hawk shows. However, both satellite radio service providers are likely to give you something you can enjoy.

Sports Fans will find many similarities in XM and Sirius service options. For instance, both providers have ESPN, Nascar and NHL exclusives, as well as both college and NFL football. XM gives better golf / PGA Tour coverage and Fox Sports, while Sirius gives better NBA coverage. On XM, catch shows with Jimmy Johnson, Dale Jr, Coach K, James Carville, Luke Russert and Cal Ripkin.

With the Delphi SkiFi2 radio, you can get a sports ticker to show game scores on your display screen and the SportsCaster comes with 30 sports presets programmed in. However, Sirius gives you game alerts, 30 presets and lists all your favorite teams in one category with the Sportster and Streamer satellite radios. Additionally, get exclusive programming with Jerry Rice, Daryl Johnston, Randy Cross, Adam Schein, Shannon Sharpe, Ray Evernham, Tony Stewart, Rick Ackerman and Frank Isola.

Whichever satellite radio service you prefer, you'll be surprised to find that both are competitively priced at $13/month and most of the radio components cost from $20 - $200. However, which ever service you choose for now, you will still need to purchase a satellite radio receiver and luckily, most of the satellite radios will work in your home and in your car.

Get all the information you need on the satellite radio service providers from Mike Selvon's portal, and leave a comment at his satellite radio network blog.

Another upset at the Dancing with the Stars results show last night. Much to everyone's astonishment, Willa Ford was voted off. But in a show full of twist endings (likely a compliment of the producers), it's not all that surprising.

Willa Ford's performance on Tuesday did not strike as being particularly outstanding this time around, and unlike Sara Evans, Willa does not have the advantage of having a strong fan base. Still there is injustice to see the likes of mediocre dancers Sara and Jerry return because of their massive popularity while better, hard-working dancers are being booted off week after week.

Instead of acting all surprised and shocked at the results, the judges would do better to ensure that a bigger score gap is created between the good and the bad dancers when scores are delivered. It's ridiculous to think that only three points separate lifeless Sara Evans from dance whiz Mario Lopez. If viewers are going to vote for the most popular contestants regardless of their dancing ability, we might as well make the task much harder for them.

Despite of this endless charade, I found some redemption in the fact that Monique Coleman made it to the next round without being placed in the bottom two. Could it be that viewers are finally seeing how fantastic she is? Without a doubt, her rumba was smoking hot and impressive. She is the rising star of the pack.

As far as the results show itself goes, I am beginning to think it acts merely a filler show to grab more viewers. There is absolutely nothing substantial about it. The showcase dance pieces are looking more lackluster and amateurish each week. Often, the guest singers and vocal groups are given more attention than the dancers themselves. If I wanted to see pop vocal performances, I'd have tuned in to VH1 or MTV. I don't know about you, but I definitely smell money-hungry producer hawks here.

Happy Feet drapes a relatively conventional story about the world of the emperor penguins who find their soulmates through songs. At first, I cant help but raise an eyebrow as it seems to be riding on with the success of the March of the Penguins by just merely transforming itself into an animated musical version. And yet, it has turned out to be having a certain twist to it - more than my expectation of a mere March of the Penguins copycat revealing themes that are quite different from a supposedly predictable story. Amidst its detailed and realistic-looking CGI, the serious undertones concerning religious fanaticism and human destruction of the environment become apparent.

This film is an odd combination of Moulin Rouge and March of the Penguins developing into a first contact science-fiction story during its second half. It is a wise move to come up with something more than just a mainstream-stricken form of entertainment by incorporating some substantive messages about certain supernatural beliefs and ecological concerns. It becomes a family film that is part a musical extravaganza and part a pro-environmental endeavor in a visually striking piece of animation. The songs and animation may seem to be an overused device, but they nicely join with the movies understated humor painlessly delivering its ecological lessons.

Director George Miller, also the maker of Babe: Pig in the City, really has an eye for this kind of animated treat. It is interesting to know that the massive motion capture utilized in the making of this film has paved way for more realistic and characterized movements of the real actors and actresses. More than just the voice, you can actually see Elijah Wood in Mumble how looking deeper into Mumble you can actually see Woods bright eyes. The technical prowess of putting a number of sensors all over the face and body of the actors and actresses has really paved way to more realistic, humanly movements reflecting the actual acting performances interpreted by the actors and actresses for the personalities of the characters they portray.

Offering gorgeous visuals along with fun songs and plenty of humor set in the icy south pole, Happy Feet has a heart amidst its labor intensive animation. It makes its Antarctica set melting with much warmth and humor. The dancing penguins flip in with fun putting a smile on the viewers faces in between charming songs of the heart. Ambitious, intriguing, and hilarious, the film becomes a pastiche of the contemporary Hollywood pop culture with its medleys of famous tunes (including the hits of the Beatles, Beach Boys, Earth, Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Queen, among others).

Overall, Happy Feet offers cinematic family fun. However, with its serious twist that tends to be more emotionally resonant and environmentally responsible in its last part, it can be better appreciated by the adults than the toddlers. The film is weighed down by a narrative that doesnt get to offset the too matured stuff in it. At a certain point, the film detaches from its kiddie appeal when it gets more serious in its environmental and political stands. Even its humor and the old tunes (not really like too old but old enough for the youngsters to identify with) are more effective for the teen and adult audience. But still, the choice of songs can set some childrens feet in motion and tap their way in a penguinly stomp and walk. Moreover, it is not surprising for a kid to start walking and dancing like the really appealing penguins. Indeed, these irresistible creatures singing disco can make both the youngsters and adults get up and dance getting immersed in the invigorating music and stunning visuals. Actually, if Happy Feet have stayed light enough on its feet while still taking some moral lessons in its route, it could have been a completely classic childrens film.

Happy Feet allows the behaviors of the emperor penguins to reflect some of humanitys contemporary societal, environmental, and political anxieties. Mumble represents the underdog of the human civilization, may it be the disabled, the autistic, the odd man out, or the not so physically endowed. But just like any other story with a similar theme and conflict, his character is given a distinct special skill where he can really stand out and redeem himself. Though Mumble cannot sing, he can tap dance really good.

Falling in love with the wingless birds of the Antarctic is not surprising in this computer-animated musical/adventure film. The dazzling animation, catchy songs, and Broadway-like dance numbers give the film a broader appeal. Compensated by the cutely animated penguins in a toe-tapping collection of classic R & B music and dance routines, the dozens of really charming moments amidst the nicely weaved musical medleys, good acting, and dynamic animation challenge the preconceptions of the genre and the usual taking of such a storys very common premise.

Happy Feet is a wacky, toe-tapping animated charmer. In its surface, children can find it playful, fun and enjoyable (though the last part becomes quite advanced for the toddlers). In a deeper level, the film becomes a brave, heartfelt, triumphant, and surprising cinematic accomplishment with moral lessons in it. Daring to be a little different from what is expected for such a mainstream treat, Happy Feet is a film that manages to stand out in a crowd of computer-animated movies about cuddly, talking animals and underdog characters. Indeed, it is nice to see a film that attempts to move on a slightly different direction. It is indeed a feat for Happy Feet.
